There are regulations governing a number of the items you bring up, but the hell of it is, the point of interpretation of those regs, AND who is gonna enforce them?
I guess it comes back to the Directors (WCL) taking that stance?
Whilst I also stand to benefit when LNG gets their supply, I can see it's pointless screwing anyone down, and I prefer to believe (in the absence of fact) that there are multiple details to be done to death by the lawyers for the parties, including MPO, Mitsui etc.
For these negotiations to succeed it must be with the view of 'we're in it together'. That angry little red ant over at LNG might have to take a backward step perhaps...
It's as frustrating as hell alright, and it's not even like the ferals are a particular issue here, like they are with MEL in NSW. Grrrh!

Query. IYHO on what do you base your statement that LNG will withdraw, and for WCL 'business as usual'?
