If HL will soon own nearly 20%, is it likely that with the Noble holding possibly becoming another ingredient of the total Chinese interest, there is a TO strategy looming? Might this be the reason for the sudden appearance of the Russian investor recently? This is hotting up to be MOST interesting, even if we are about to go over the Niagra Falls in an oil barrel!
