I hate to say this but the market has been extremely RIGHT post HL offer from 10C to 3C don't you think? You should be worrying about the dilution as the executives maintain their salary packages. These are professional managers unencumbered with tied down stock holding that they had to buy in upon taking up positions. I always love those performance options esp in the money ones as a general observation.
