Considering it was 13-14 cents ish around a month ago on no news, and the decline in SP has been on low volume probable due in most part to bots/ nervous selllers.
If the news on Wednesday is even slightly positive (which personally i think is an almost certainty) then i think the closing price on Wednesday will be 15 - 16 cents (possibly more).
