17c, WOW......that will have to be an amazing announcement. My realistic view will be between 3.6c and 4.2c. Reasons being:

1) MB49 - having a bet with Rolling of it being over 5c+ by the end of this month I think......not sure........may be he was expecting news / announcement at the time one would think....however, unfortunately did not make a difference to the share price.
2) Three weeks for a SPP, period was to long. plus all the clauses the company put in, of cutting it short (the period or time frame) did not make sense.
3) Only shareholders to take part or given the opportunity.......to good to be true........
4) Now, we have further dilution and at current Market Cap of $81ml share price should be around 4.5c give or take.......and the latest announcements did not help the share-price.
5) Past week share-price is reflecting this and global events are not helping.
