Many of the Board Members need to be replaced. JE is the only member who is committed solely to MOT.
It does not matter who is the CEO at the present time, and until the Board is changed and the company performing profitably there is very little hope of procuring a CEO with the runs on the board in the industry that MOT is in.
Draw down from the $15m will only dilute existing shareholders, and send the company into a spiral of no return at the cash burn levels of current directors.
