Yeah, i have been trading it about 4 years. I'm surprised how little it has done this last year. Its not a fantastic divi compared to CSL, WOW and Coke, but not bad. It always seemed to track about 50c above AGL share price but seems to have lost that correlation as they have gone separate ways. It must be the risk of this big LNG project that has held them back, but its an easy 16 dollar share and has 18 in it.
Org seem to specialise in speculative development, not sure why the mkt so conservative. Trying to trade the range, almost got there today, but very narrow range so need to be trading in fairly large parcels to warrant the risk.
