Have a read up on "force majeure"
This will actualy result in a nett gain/plus for ERA in the longer term.
They effectively DO NOT have to supply dirt cheap uranium as contracted for the period of the FM ... the more rain & longer this drags out the less uranium they are contracted sell at give way prices. Every pound of uranium that they dont sell during the FM will effectively be sold at spot prices .... IMO this will result in a $100 million plus gain to ERA
