    Guys, not sure what you all think but whats the likelihood of the SP being diluted when LMP officially issue the 444mil shares for TO of LMPCSG. Market will have to re-value the company which at todays price of $0.14. The company value would be $86.70Mil compared to mkt cap of $24Mil. I have a funny feeling the SP is going to fall to around 6-7c maybe even lower. If anyone has/could find out a little more info would be appreciated
