Spoke to Chris Darby and he said:
No problem with govt approval - there will be a 7 day delay due to minor issues but the approval is assured.
BFS on track and will be released on time.
Sales are being organised on the basis of product in hand, that's the way the graphite market works. Chris said that the graphite juniors estimate of what they might produce and what it might sell for was meaningless, buyers want to know what a company has right now.
Confident that their product will be sold at good prices (obviously he couldn't give details).
He was very positive and commented that the market was 'jumping at shadows'.
Chris convinced me, I just bought some more shares.
I suggest that other holders call Chris, he is very open to discussion with investors.
I do see that volume of sales is very low today, SP is being pushed down.
