well I guess everyone in the United States (except EOF) we're breaking the law extracting cbd from hemp. this is how the whole industry started. Elixinol were legitimately at the fore front of this. pushing the envelope is what they did and do.
the Japan thing was a gross over reaction and of any one who is anyone in the cbd game in Japan knows that.
there is no legal repercussions to this.... and I do believe there never would have been .... hence why that company still trades .....and probably uses the same oil.
