I see pickup in shorting too. Wonder why shorts still jump in this late. At this rate EXL would be at 30c in a month? It looks like people expect this company will be bankrupt by Jan 2020. Will see if they still spend 27m as budgeted in the next quarter report. The brave will pick up more shares SLOWLY.
