I haven't factored too much the effect of the pending class action.

Personally think it's all white noise, ambulance chasing individuals/entities using the larger CBD companies name involvement to try and push alternate agendas.

Not the first time people have tried to get money for nothing, or thrown someone else under the bus to further their own cause. Trying to mentally calculate what 'damages' would exist also. I guess you've got that unknown of intangible damages, aside from refunding an actual product cost lol.

Have heard many conspiracy theories behind it - trying to force mergers/alliances to defend, pharma coming out of the woodworks with a plan etc. Some kind of claim was bound to happen sooner or later.
