I've already commented on the known reports issued by the company. Happy enough.

To me it's way oversold. The speculative rating is justified. Always should've been regardless of share price.

I don’t think the lawsuits are proceeding. I have that on good authority.

If they fund the cash raise with convertible debt, it would be good. More common stock would be bad.

Do you know the Europe numbers? I personally know dozens of EU and a Russian hemp producer. The EU ones get Ag subsidies of €400 per tonne.
