Doesn't automatically make this a buy. Same has been said of many failures. I'm currently holding a dud dropped from a +$7 peak to $0.10. I'm holding this only because what little I have left isn't going to break the bank so I can cop the risk, but it has looked anything but a buy in the last 1-2 months in particular.
