The short answer, yes I have considered that and agree with you in regards to your first question. I disagree regarding the number of shares on offer, but that's purely down to each of our opinion.
The SP performance is an irrefutable negative on the company, I don't argue your point as it is not possible to argue it. My post specifically stated the SP performance was poor.
