Good pickup - how can mgx get screwed out of this.
Would it be a case of the company selling its ore at much lower prices than market.
The corps act is weak I know but surely it's strong enough to penalise directors if a conflict arises .
I don't why these guys didn't make a takeover last year when the price was much lower.
