The explanation for the share price drop is pretty simple: The institutions are selling now that Lee Seng Hui has been appointed Chairman, contrary to ASX Corporate Governance Principles.
The instos are clearly concerned about APAC's control over the company. Such a pity seeing the governance issue raising its ugly head again, after a reasonable period of apparent stability.
