sp doesnt go up on good news, page-2

For what it is worth - I can't help thinking the wording of the announcement is reason for minimal response in SP - the announcement does say - current intention is to distribute shares in new companies "current share holders" have asked for clarification as to if the wording in that regard was deliberate - coz if so - it does to me read as the intention is to only give shares to those holding at time of announcement. So if that is the case - why would anyone buy in or buy more stock - I bought a bunch of CFD's as well as a bunch of FPO's but sold all at a profit after reading announcement closely - Would explain to me reason for no sp push - needs to be confirmed I reckon
