As for the Chair and Director returning money, they've done a really good job haven't they? Why would they want to be held accountable now, when they haven't been for the past 5 years.
The new problem you have now is that you have an existing director taking over the chairmanship next year.
(but as someone wrote back to me on H.C.:
"these new board appointments are leaders in their field"
