second. CBA has been selling since May:
26/5, 31/5, 1/6, 19/7. Not Feb as you stated.
third, How do you know they are going to sell 4 Million more shares? That is the rest of their holding. Did they release that to market? I can't see any notices from CTL or CBA staing that CBA is exiting CTL completely.
