I believe the SP is being pushed down by T+3, T+5 traders. I have been watching as they buy, then the price doesn't increase so out they go. I have seen it before with this one. It will probably take a while, but those after a quick buck and no capital will give up, the ex divi will approach, then all these silly buggers will jump on. About 2 days before ex divi it will be at around $1.40. I sold my holding just before this drop, and no way am I getting back in.
