My portfolio is full of stocks that were out of favour like this for whatever reasons, if there’s a real business there they more often than not muddle their way through & revert to the mean, like TLS & you end up with a great dividend payer & a decent capital gain
Feels like a bottom to me but the market is skittish & $2 is a bit of a psychological barrier that if breaks could trigger more selling
Whatever if being down 15,20,50% on a stock like SPK is a big drama in life then your life’s probably pretty good so be happy
