As rates get cut investors will move towards telecom companies and utilities. Telstra clear got taken over, so maybe spark can .If spark can't turn it around there will be others that can. Most of the advertising on nz television is telecoms, so it's a very competitive market. Spark have market Domanice, so that's got to be worth something.
