Oh, Lol, it never occurred to me that the CEO could be the DEI hire, but did the Board look around for alternate candidates?. Reading her bio on the SPK website it says she is "a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion".
So the elephant in the room is are the right people in the right jobs and why can't the Leadership "Squad" stop the declining revenue and poor performance overall. NZ isn't a basket case or banana republic.
What is the Board doing about all this? They can't just sit and watch.
IF a sporting team like the All Blacks made team selections based on DEI they wouldn't win a game. Sporting teams and businesses need the best person for the job/position.
