This Company is a disaster... .- share price down from $5 to $1.80 in 14 months - Three profit downgrades in the last 12 months - a CEO and Chair who continue to rake in $1.2M+ and $380k while the ship sinks - Board members who collect $160k pa for 8 or 9 meetings a year - Dividend cut and imputation cut by 25% - S & P financial rating now on "negative outlook/watch" - Net Profit down 72% last full year & 64% H1 25 - 2800 employees paid >$100k & 25 paid > $400k - expensive share buybacks that just frittered away millions - no mention of that in the Annual Report Company Management were way too slow to react when revenue started to dip, and even now are talking about savings to be made in 2027! It would seem they were blinded by the dazzle of their own high salaries. Meantime, Superannuitants, families and other shareholders have had their savings and future security decimated. Have a read of the Annual Report................pages and pages and pages of wokeness, diversity this, "Hello Tomorrow" that, value driven, EBITDA's everywhere. As Charlie Munger famously said, "every time you see EBITDA, substiture 'bullsh*t' It is long overdue that this Company took some decisive action, including a new CEO, Chair and probably most of the nicely diverse Board.
