Here is not the essential question in my mind?
SPK has corrected so so much now.
The fundamental business (ex debt load) is still a good business (run by poor senior management).
The dividend has been paid out, so don't have to worry about the share price pricing in a dividend.
The market is sensing significant dividend cuts for the next few years.
So is now the time to start dribbling money back into SPK???
