Under its continuous disclosure obligations, SPK is required to update the market with information about significant changes in the company's operations including changes in major contracts. Given no announcements from the company, they do not see this having a material effect on the business or its share price.
What I struggle with is that the small retail investor gets left behind with information on the company's operations and left to second guess. We will have to wait until the AGM 1 November, when Chairman and CEO give their addresses.
