I can see your point. However, at over 8% dividend paid out, in cash flow terms it is doing better than an investment home loan. Morning star has valued SPK at $3.90 after the ex dividend date. Assuming SPK holds current level of leverage, further rate cuts, planned savings and efficiencies should hopefully spur higher profitability.
