I might be wrong, but I am prone to believe they might keep payout raio >100% (div/FCF) to please investors/market, even if they have to slightly increase debt.
In my opinion, a dividend payout cut would hurt the confidence in management and SP (see what happened with the SP once they advised a miss in the guidance).
