I am not sure if unsustainable dividend payouts will be the future. Debt is good if it is used to generate a higher return. I rather debt to generate a higher return(considering the direction of interest rates) than Spp diluting shareholders' equity. If interest are forecasted to drop the yield for keeping cash is diminished. I like companies that try to protect/ minimise destruction to share holder's equity. So far I think that is what management is trying to do. It is normal for the mkt to over react (be overly positive or negative). The hard part is to determine the overreaction.
