Hi noom, I am using NPAT before abnormals. Using adjusted NPAT I calculate the same annual average PE ratio as you. Whichever way you cut it, earnings are in decline and share price may have further to fall.
I Have been a holder since 2017. At one stage it was my largest holding, fortunately I reduced my exposure after the first downgrade. Nevertheless i am currently sitting on a substantial capital loss, down around 30%. I should have followed my gut and exited completely after the results announcement.
I have lost confidence in management and their ability to turn things around. All I hear is loss of contracts and market share, and shrinking the business. They are making much of the opportunities in data centres, but it represents only 3% of the business and they are a very small player compared to Infratil.
Unlike many others on this forum, I am not looking to add at these levels, rather opportunities to sell and cut my losses.
