I have been doing some research on SPK of late and just taken my first position, the upcoming dividend cut has to be priced into the shares around here and like TLS a few years ago when out of flavor always bounces back as they are both critical to the local economies.
This will be a slow burn but it will turn around as it's the cheapest PE ratio in years and the NZ rates dropping will stem some growth from the recession in time.
