seems like that is priced in. Like I say if they cut the dividend to make it sustainable it's still one of the highest on the NZX. At the moment I'd get close to 7% after tax if they cut it. With rates falling here the gap to risk free after tax is widening so I find it hard to believe it gets to your $2 target
