It's a long way back from here. Index tracking funds and investors who have sold/selling their holdings to realign their portfolios will result in reduced demand. Exclusion from a major index can also be perceived negatively by the market.
The only way to regain investor confidence is for management to execute on their strategy. This will take time and risks have increased. The question many shareholders may be asking is should I continue to hold or are there better opportunities?
