    You make a good point fullmetal100. Interestingly CEO Jolie Hodson compensation (NZ$2.22M) is below average for companies of similar size in the NZ market (NZ$3.77M). Given company performance, it is understandable compensation is relatively modest compared to her peers. Over the past three years EPS declined by 5.9% per year, and revenue is down 14% over the previous year. This underperformance has led to a total shareholder loss of 36% over the past three years:

    Executive Remuneration Policy details how the leadership team is remunerated. Compensation includes base salary, STI, and LTI, and whilst this is geared to attract and retain the best talent, it is unclear how this compares with the market. There have been a number of changes to the leadership team over the past ~12 months, which is not a good sign.
