It looks like a reasonable buy for me. The only thing that I am trying to understand is why management has gone forward with a buy-back program with SP at its peaks instead strengthening the balance sheet and investing in growth (the growth pipeline had been identified with data centres) or paying special divs with the sell of the TowerCo. Any one has any background on that?
