be careful of Morningstar in my opinion. The quality of their analysts (especially for smaller markets like Australia), has deteriorated significantly.
I have caught them out several times (REITS last year), I phoned and called them about faulty forecasts input calculations and they had to publicly issue 'corrective analysis', but they never issued an apology to me
