Thanks for the link. I think most of the 'bad news' is already out as SPK already reduced guidance in May, so am not expecting any surprises.
I think it's a good business that will be resilient to recession and is a reasonable defensive stock to get set in now.
In the near term I think the dividend may fall due to NZD:AUD conversion, given that Reserve Bank of NZ has cut the cash rate
