the lowest dividend forecast is a fall of 3.8% from Morgan Stanley
Macquarie are forecasting dividend stability (abet a slight increase)
the forecast on CommSec are healthy higher than both.
the headline yield currently is 9.2%. This looks far too high (the best l have seen that should be sustainable is ~7%.
there is plenty of scope for a dividend cut and it’s still an attractive income share.
(I used to aim for 3.5% FF)
Who knows what will happen, l diversify very heavily, and initially l keep an exposure to under .5% of a portfolio. As part of a well diversified portfolio this seems a reasonable addition and could afford a Div cut, still looks ok.
