New trader1984, I have drilled a well not 50 meters from a well that was flowing 1100Bbls of Oil a day, we got a duster. You have to look at what is UNDER YOUR LEASE, not what is next door, sure it will help your SP if they have it next door, but until you have drilled it you know NOTHING.
