Lol, what makes you think you will ever get a dividend? This is an ultra risky "gamble". Simply because Centro "was" a blue chip paying dividend company doesn't mean it will ever again as a result of the disaster it put itself in. It has to simply survive first.
Remember other large aussie companies have gone broke....
