Centro is doing what every property investor is doing, borrow money from the bank to buy up properties and get money from renting it out and sell it out when the price is right. If Centro has problem now, I think most of the property investors or people having mortgage will also be in troubles, esp, those owner occupiers who got nothing apart from paying off the debt to the bank.
