IMO because PBH don't actually have any physical stores so they wouldn't really be affected by Covid - their online betting would be higher than ever.
I remember reading a news article saying how high the online gambling rate has been since covid hit.
I do agree it is fairly high priced now tho. 39.19% of the shares are held by insiders.
