My understanding is that under the original aggregation proposal, CER shareholders were getting only 41c per share, with the discount resulting from the purchase of the services business and other transactional costs. We are now getting our equivalent NTA of 44.4c, for a company with a services business. I don't see how/where we are paying for it. Happy to be educated otherwise.
