My reading of your post makes me think you misunderstand the offer. Correct me if I am wrong.

The offer is not 52.5c.
It's 10.5c Plus 1 EQN for 14.3 CGG.
As EQN goes up, or down, so does the offer. EQN has risen almost $1 in the past 10 days, so the offer is now 55.2c

($6.40 /14.3 plus 10.5c)

Keep holding, or take the cash and run. But don't sell out
too cheaply.
