It is amazing that a company ,that just did a deal with santos for $40 million and holding enormis leases,can't progress any further.The board seems content to sit back and do nothing.When you are getting paid $300000 a year,you are very busy,where to go for holiday,what new car to buy,what private school to send the kids.It's not easy to manage on this small amount of salery.If these directors salerys where performance based they all be eating at Mc Donalds.They get paid every year no matter what,unless the shareholders hold a 249d and replace the board.

I was part of that movement.Sometimes when people are to long in the same job the become complacent.All the directors at ego where replaced and now face court action.
