Very hard to put a fair value price on SIO at the moment until more guidance or the end of year financial report is made available. The last update/guidance showed that things are not any where as dire as the share price would have you believe but to give an actual figure for a fair value price at the moment on current information is near impossible - unless you are very close to the industry. Which leads me to my next point.

One would assume, that a builder such as Mc Donald Jones Homes would have a fairly good insight into the industry and SIO as a company. When they became a Substantial Holder they announced that they paid up to $0.45 per share. Considering they are investing in their competition I would suggest that they considered this a good price if not a bargain. So from this I would suggest that anything below $0.45 until another update is made available would be a fairly safe investment. As always it is offen more prudent to wait until further updates are made available but again one may miss out on any upside in the share price.

Useless trivia - If SIO issued another 146 shares the shares on issue 143,841,655 would then be exactly the same as their ACN# 143 841 801 .
