    Totally disagree,

    Fukishima removed all the big investors, lots got burt.

    U308 is still low and Pen has been plagued with problems and misinformation in the past.

    Lots of shares on issues and its a few years away from turning a profit.

    All U308 companies are at there lows and thats even the long time producers.

    It may turn and its one to watch but its not surprising??
