Mine closures and cutbacks are what cause the shortfall Mick, its a part of the boom bust cycle and after the bust the boom must follow as there as demand will outstrip supply, and I don't think anyone can argue that demand will outstrip supply, its just a matter of when and some are predicting Q1-2 2014 as stated in the article I posted a few days ago.
SP action has been very interesting last few days with intentional opens and close price to show SP up 9% then down 9% then up then down. would you consider this a possibl sign of accumulation SS?
